<h2>1. Who We Are</h2>
<p>
This Privacy Policy describes how <strong>Shiloh LLC</strong>, an
Idaho limited liability company ("Shiloh," "we," "us," or "our"),
the producer of Shiloh Echo '26 (the "Event"), collects, uses, and
protects your personal information when you visit shilohecho.org or
interact with us in connection with the Event.
</p>
<p>
Mailing address: Shiloh LLC, c/o Boulder Creek Retreat, 372 Denali
Ln, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805. Email:
<a href="mailto:hello@shilohecho.org">hello@shilohecho.org</a>.
</p>
<h2>2. Information We Collect</h2>
<p>
<strong>Information you give us.</strong> When you buy a ticket,
sign up to volunteer, sponsor the Event, or contact us, we collect
the information you provide: name, email, phone number, billing
details (processed by our ticketing partner), and any message you
send. For child tickets, we collect the child attendee's name and
age range as provided by the parent or guardian.
</p>
<p>
<strong>Automatic information.</strong> Like most websites, our
hosting server logs basic technical data when you visit:
approximate region (city/state level), browser type, device type,
referring page, and timestamps. We use this for security and
aggregate traffic analytics only. We do not knowingly collect
precise geolocation data.
</p>
<p>
<strong>Cookies and similar technologies.</strong> We use a small
number of cookies and local-storage entries for essential site
functionality (such as remembering your theme preference) and for
analytics. We do not use advertising cookies on this site and we
do not sell your information. You can disable cookies in your
browser; some site features may then not work correctly.
</p>
<h2>3. How We Use Information</h2>
<p>
We use the information we collect only for purposes consistent with
this Policy, including to:
</p>
<ul>
<li>Process your ticket purchase and send your confirmation.</li>
<li>
Communicate retreat logistics (schedule updates, weather,
on-site details) leading up to the Event.
</li>
<li>Verify attendance at check-in.</li>
<li>
Improve our site and event planning based on aggregate,
de-identified data.
</li>
<li>
Comply with applicable Idaho and federal law, including tax,
recordkeeping, and safety obligations.
</li>
</ul>
<h2>4. Ticketing &amp; Payments</h2>
<p>
Tickets are sold through hi.events, our third-party ticketing
platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never see or
store your full credit-card number. Please review the hi.events and
Stripe privacy policies for how they handle your payment and
personal data.
</p>
<h2>5. Photos, Video, and Audio</h2>
<p>
The Event is a public gathering and we (or our contracted
videographers and photographers) may capture photos, video, and
audio during the retreat. By attending, you grant Shiloh LLC a
non-exclusive license to use images and video in which you appear
for promotional and archival purposes, with reasonable effort to
honor written opt-out requests submitted at check-in. If you
prefer not to be photographed, please pick up a "no photo"
wristband at check-in.
</p>
<h2>6. Sharing of Information</h2>
<p>
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not
share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share
information only with:
</p>
<ul>
<li>
Service providers who help us run the Event (ticketing,
payment, email, video, analytics) under confidentiality
obligations.
</li>
<li>
Authorities when required by valid legal process or to protect
the safety, rights, or property of Shiloh, our Attendees, or
others, in accordance with Idaho law.
</li>
<li>
Sponsors only with your explicit opt-in (e.g., when you opt
into a sponsor's mailing list).
</li>
<li>
Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition,
or sale of substantially all assets, subject to a confidentiality
obligation.
</li>
</ul>
<h2>7. Your Rights &amp; Choices</h2>
<p>
You have the right to:
</p>
<ul>
<li>
<strong>Access.</strong> Request a copy of the personal data we
hold about you.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Correction.</strong> Request that we correct inaccurate
or incomplete data.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Deletion.</strong> Request that we delete your data,
subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations (e.g., tax
records for ticket purchases, which we are required to retain
under Idaho Code § 63-3036 and applicable IRS rules).
</li>
<li>
<strong>Opt out of marketing.</strong> Unsubscribe from
non-essential emails at any time using the link in the footer
of any message.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Objection / restriction.</strong> Object to or request
restriction of certain processing, where applicable law provides
such a right.
</li>
</ul>
<p>
To exercise any of these rights, email

<h2>8. Children</h2>
<p>
Shiloh Echo is family-friendly and children attend with their
parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13 outside of what is provided as part of a
family's ticket purchase. Parents and guardians who believe their
child has submitted personal information to us may request its
deletion by emailing
<a href="mailto:hello@shilohecho.org">hello@shilohecho.org</a>.
</p>
<h2>9. Security</h2>
<p>
We use HTTPS across the site and rely on reputable, vetted
third-party processors for payment and ticketing. No system is
perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using
industry-standard practices. In the event of a security incident
affecting your personal information, we will notify you consistent
with applicable Idaho and federal law.
</p>
<h2>10. Data Retention</h2>
<p>
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the
purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Ticket
purchase records are retained for at least the period required by
Idaho tax law (Idaho Code § 63-3036) and applicable IRS rules
(generally at least 3 to 7 years). Marketing contact data is
retained until you opt out.
</p>
<h2>11. Third-Party Services &amp; Links</h2>
<p>
The site links to third-party websites and embeds content from
third-party providers (including YouTube, hi.events, Stripe, and
Font Awesome). We are not responsible for the privacy practices
of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy
policies.

do not represent that the site complies with the privacy laws of
any other jurisdiction.
</p>
<h2>13. Do Not Track</h2>
<p>
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. We honor reasonable
DNT signals by not engaging in cross-site tracking on this site.
We do not, however, guarantee that all third-party services
embedded on the site honor DNT.
</p>
<h2>14. Changes</h2>
<p>
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated"
date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes
will be communicated by email to ticket holders at least 14 days
before they take effect. Your continued use of the site after a
material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
</p>
<h2>15. Idaho Governing Law &amp; Venue</h2>
<p>
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho,
without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute
arising out of or related to this Policy or your privacy shall be
brought exclusively in the state courts located in
<strong>Boundary County, Idaho</strong>, or, if federal
jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the
District of Idaho, consistent with the forum-selection provision
in our Terms of Service.
</p>
