<h2>Our Mission</h2>
<p>
Shiloh Echo exists to gather Christian families for a long weekend of
teaching, rest, and adventure in the North Idaho wilderness. We
believe families grow stronger when they step away from routine and
share unhurried time together — around a campfire, on a hike, or in
a talk that points back to Scripture.
</p>
<h2>What to Expect</h2>
<p>
Over three days, guests choose from 13+ outdoor activities across
100+ acres of river, meadow, and forest, attend talks from Christian
speakers on family, faith, privacy, regenerative agriculture, and
resilience, and gather for live worship with Nashville
singer-songwriter William Toll. On-site lodging includes real beds,
hot showers, and wood-burning fires in designated areas. Food is
sold on-site by local vendors — locally sourced, non-GMO, and
seed-oil free.
</p>
<h2>The Venue</h2>
<p>
Shiloh Echo is hosted at Boulder Creek Retreat & Training
Center, a 100+ acre wilderness campus at 372 Denali Ln, Bonners
Ferry, Idaho 83805, about two hours north of Spokane International
Airport (GEG).
</p>
<h2>The Organizers</h2>
<p>
Shiloh Echo is organized by Tony Marsella and a small volunteer team
of family, friends, and ministry partners. Tony is a faith-guided
entrepreneur based in North Idaho who has hosted events that draw
families from across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
</p>
<h2>Giving Back</h2>
<p>
We pledge 5% of all retreat revenue to Foundations Christian School,
our non-profit partner in Bonners Ferry. For every 100 tickets sold,
we add another 2.5%, up to a 25% maximum. More information is
available on the home page and at

<h2>1. Who We Are</h2>
<p>
This Privacy Policy describes how <strong>Shiloh LLC</strong>, an
Idaho limited liability company ("Shiloh," "we," "us," or "our"),
the producer of Shiloh Echo '26 (the "Event"), collects, uses, and
protects your personal information when you visit shilohecho.org or
interact with us in connection with the Event.
</p>
<p>
Mailing address: Shiloh LLC, c/o Boulder Creek Retreat, 372 Denali
Ln, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805. Email:
<a href="mailto:hello@shilohecho.org">hello@shilohecho.org</a>.
</p>
<h2>2. Information We Collect</h2>
<p>
<strong>Information you give us.</strong> When you buy a ticket,
sign up to volunteer, sponsor the Event, or contact us, we collect
the information you provide: name, email, phone number, billing
details (processed by our ticketing partner), and any message you
send. For child tickets, we collect the child attendee's name and
age range as provided by the parent or guardian.
</p>
<p>
<strong>Automatic information.</strong> Like most websites, our
hosting server logs basic technical data when you visit:
approximate region (city/state level), browser type, device type,
referring page, and timestamps. We use this for security and
aggregate traffic analytics only. We do not knowingly collect
precise geolocation data.
</p>
<p>
<strong>Cookies and similar technologies.</strong> We use a small
number of cookies and local-storage entries for essential site
functionality (such as remembering your theme preference) and for
analytics. We do not use advertising cookies on this site and we
do not sell your information. You can disable cookies in your
browser; some site features may then not work correctly.
</p>
<h2>3. How We Use Information</h2>
<p>
We use the information we collect only for purposes consistent with
this Policy, including to:
</p>
<ul>
<li>Process your ticket purchase and send your confirmation.</li>
<li>
Communicate retreat logistics (schedule updates, weather,
on-site details) leading up to the Event.
</li>
<li>Verify attendance at check-in.</li>
<li>
Improve our site and event planning based on aggregate,
de-identified data.
</li>
<li>
Comply with applicable Idaho and federal law, including tax,
recordkeeping, and safety obligations.
</li>
</ul>
<h2>4. Ticketing & Payments</h2>
<p>
Tickets are sold through hi.events, our third-party ticketing
platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never see or
store your full credit-card number. Please review the hi.events and
Stripe privacy policies for how they handle your payment and
personal data.
</p>
<h2>5. Photos, Video, and Audio</h2>
<p>
The Event is a public gathering and we (or our contracted
videographers and photographers) may capture photos, video, and
audio during the retreat. By attending, you grant Shiloh LLC a
non-exclusive license to use images and video in which you appear
for promotional and archival purposes, with reasonable effort to
honor written opt-out requests submitted at check-in. If you
prefer not to be photographed, please pick up a "no photo"
wristband at check-in.
</p>
<h2>6. Sharing of Information</h2>
<p>
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not
share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share
information only with:
</p>
<ul>
<li>
Service providers who help us run the Event (ticketing,
payment, email, video, analytics) under confidentiality
obligations.
</li>
<li>
Authorities when required by valid legal process or to protect
the safety, rights, or property of Shiloh, our Attendees, or
others, in accordance with Idaho law.
</li>
<li>
Sponsors only with your explicit opt-in (e.g., when you opt
into a sponsor's mailing list).
</li>
<li>
Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition,
or sale of substantially all assets, subject to a confidentiality
obligation.
</li>
</ul>
<h2>7. Your Rights & Choices</h2>
<p>
You have the right to:
</p>
<ul>
<li>
<strong>Access.</strong> Request a copy of the personal data we
hold about you.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Correction.</strong> Request that we correct inaccurate
or incomplete data.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Deletion.</strong> Request that we delete your data,
subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations (e.g., tax
records for ticket purchases, which we are required to retain
under Idaho Code § 63-3036 and applicable IRS rules).
</li>
<li>
<strong>Opt out of marketing.</strong> Unsubscribe from
non-essential emails at any time using the link in the footer
of any message.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Objection / restriction.</strong> Object to or request
restriction of certain processing, where applicable law provides
such a right.
</li>
</ul>
<p>
To exercise any of these rights, email
<a href="mailto:hello@shilohecho.org">hello@shilohecho.org</a>.
We will respond within 45 days. If you are unsatisfied with our
response, you may contact the Idaho Attorney General's Consumer
Protection Division at

</p>
<h2>8. Children</h2>
<p>
Shiloh Echo is family-friendly and children attend with their
parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13 outside of what is provided as part of a
family's ticket purchase. Parents and guardians who believe their
child has submitted personal information to us may request its
deletion by emailing
<a href="mailto:hello@shilohecho.org">hello@shilohecho.org</a>.
</p>
<h2>9. Security</h2>
<p>
We use HTTPS across the site and rely on reputable, vetted
third-party processors for payment and ticketing. No system is
perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using
industry-standard practices. In the event of a security incident
affecting your personal information, we will notify you consistent
with applicable Idaho and federal law.
</p>
<h2>10. Data Retention</h2>
<p>
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the
purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Ticket
purchase records are retained for at least the period required by
Idaho tax law (Idaho Code § 63-3036) and applicable IRS rules
(generally at least 3 to 7 years). Marketing contact data is
retained until you opt out.
</p>
<h2>11. Third-Party Services & Links</h2>
<p>
The site links to third-party websites and embeds content from
third-party providers (including YouTube, hi.events, Stripe, and
Font Awesome). We are not responsible for the privacy practices
of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy
policies.
</p>
<h2>12. International Visitors</h2>
<p>
Shiloh LLC is based in Idaho, USA, and the Event takes place in
Idaho, USA. By using this site or registering for the Event from
outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information
will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United
States. We do not target Attendees outside the United States and
do not represent that the site complies with the privacy laws of
any other jurisdiction.
</p>
<h2>13. Do Not Track</h2>
<p>
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. We honor reasonable
DNT signals by not engaging in cross-site tracking on this site.
We do not, however, guarantee that all third-party services
embedded on the site honor DNT.
</p>
<h2>14. Changes</h2>
<p>
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated"
date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes
will be communicated by email to ticket holders at least 14 days
before they take effect. Your continued use of the site after a
material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
</p>
<h2>15. Idaho Governing Law & Venue</h2>
<p>
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho,
without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute
arising out of or related to this Policy or your privacy shall be
brought exclusively in the state courts located in
<strong>Boundary County, Idaho</strong>, or, if federal
jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the
District of Idaho, consistent with the forum-selection provision
in our Terms of Service.
</p>

<h2>1. Agreement & Parties</h2>
<p>
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between
you and <strong>Shiloh LLC</strong>, an Idaho limited liability
company ("Shiloh," "we," "us," or "our"), the producer of Shiloh
Echo '26 (the "Event"). By purchasing a ticket, registering,
entering the venue, or otherwise participating in the Event, you
("you," "your," or "Attendee") agree to these Terms on behalf of
yourself and any minor child or ward you bring. If you do not agree,
do not purchase a ticket or enter the venue.
</p>
<h2>2. Tickets & Payment</h2>
<p>
All ticket sales are processed through hi.events, our third-party
ticketing platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do
not store full payment card numbers. Tickets are non-transferable to
a different person unless updated through the ticketing platform at
least 14 days before the Event. Tickets may be transferred to a
future Shiloh Echo event year by emailing
<a href="mailto:hello@shilohecho.org">hello@shilohecho.org</a> at
least 14 days before the Event start date.
</p>
<h2>3. Refunds</h2>
<p>
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the Event (by
August 12, 2026). Between 30 and 14 days before the Event, we offer
a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a future Shiloh Echo event.
Within 14 days of the Event, tickets are non-refundable except in
cases of documented medical emergency or death of the Attendee or
immediate family member, in which case we will issue a refund or
credit at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in
writing to
<a href="mailto:hello@shilohecho.org">hello@shilohecho.org</a> with
your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method within 30 days of approval. <strong>This refund policy
satisfies and exceeds the requirements of Idaho Code Title 28,
Chapter 2 (Idaho Consumer Protection Act) and Idaho Code § 48-601
et seq. where applicable to event tickets.</strong>
</p>
<h2>4. Event Changes & Cancellation</h2>
<p>
The Event is planned and produced by a small volunteer team. We
reserve the right to modify the schedule, speaker lineup, vendor
offerings, activities, venue, and format without notice due to
weather, safety, vendor availability, public-health guidance,
governmental action, or other circumstances within or beyond our
reasonable control. If the Event is canceled in full, ticket holders
will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 30
days. <strong>If the Event is canceled, that refund is your sole
and exclusive remedy.</strong>
</p>
<h2>5. Code of Conduct</h2>
<p>
Shiloh Echo is a family-friendly Christian retreat. All Attendees,
speakers, vendors, volunteers, and staff must treat one another with
respect. The following are not permitted and may result in immediate
removal without refund:
</p>
<ul>
<li>
Verbal, physical, or written harassment of any kind, including
but not limited to threats, intimidation, unwelcome sexual
conduct, and hate speech targeting any protected class.
</li>
<li>
Possession or use of illegal substances, including any substance
the possession or use of which is unlawful under Idaho or federal
law.
</li>
<li>
Possession or use of firearms or weapons outside of designated,
supervised areas. The gun range activity requires a safety
briefing and direct staff supervision; all firearms on venue
property must be transported in a case and remain unloaded except
on the firing line, in compliance with Idaho Code § 18-3302 and
applicable federal law.
</li>
<li>
Smoking or vaping outside of designated areas, in compliance with
Idaho's Idaho Clean Indoor Air Act (Idaho Code § 39-5501 et seq.)
where it applies to the venue.
</li>
<li>
Pets other than qualified service animals as defined by the U.S.
Department of Justice ADA regulations (28 C.F.R. § 36.104).
</li>
<li>
Solicitation, distribution, or sale of materials not approved in
writing by Event organizers.
</li>
<li>
Damage, destruction, or theft of venue, organizer, or Attendee
property. Attendees are financially responsible for damage they
cause and may be subject to criminal prosecution under applicable
Idaho law.
</li>
</ul>
<h2>6. Children & Supervision</h2>
<p>
Children are welcome and encouraged to attend with their families.
Parents and guardians are responsible at all times for the
supervision, safety, and behavior of their minor children. Some
activities have age restrictions (e.g., the gun range is 13+).
Minors must remain under direct adult supervision while
participating in any physical or outdoor activity. Shiloh does not
provide unsupervised childcare.
</p>
<h2>7. Assumption of Risk</h2>
<p>
The Event includes outdoor, physical, and recreational activities,
including but not limited to: hiking, backcountry travel,
horseback riding, blacksmithing and forge work, axe throwing,
shooting sports, archery, wood-fired sauna, water activities,
exposure to variable weather, wildlife, uneven terrain, motorized
and non-motorized equipment, and group activities.
</p>
<p>
By attending, you acknowledge and freely assume all such risks,
whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable. You
acknowledge that outdoor and recreational activities carry a risk
of serious bodily injury, illness, property damage, or death, and
you voluntarily assume that risk for yourself and any minor in your
care.
</p>
<h2>8. Release, Waiver, and Indemnification</h2>
<p>
To the maximum extent permitted by Idaho law, you, on behalf of
yourself and your heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and
any minor child or ward in your care, hereby release, waive,
discharge, and covenant not to sue Shiloh LLC, its members,
managers, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors,
affiliated organizations, and the venue operator Boulder Creek
Retreat & Training Center (collectively, the "Released
Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of
action, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable
attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any injury, illness,
loss, or damage to person or property that you or any minor in your
care may sustain at or in connection with the Event, whether caused
by the negligence of any Released Party or otherwise.
</p>
<p>
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released
Parties from any third-party claims arising out of your acts or
omissions at the Event, your breach of these Terms, or your
violation of any law.
</p>
<h2>9. Idaho Statutory Protections</h2>
<p>
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any protection or
immunity that already applies to Shiloh under Idaho law,
including:
</p>
<ul>
<li>
<strong>Idaho Recreational Use Statute, Idaho Code
§ 36-1604</strong> — limits liability of landowners and
recreational providers who allow the public to use their land
for recreational purposes without charge (or for a nominal fee).
</li>
<li>
<strong>Idaho Equine Activity Liability Act, Idaho Code
§ 6-1802</strong> — limits liability for equine (horse) activity
sponsors and providers for risks inherent to equine activities,
including but not limited to risks listed in Idaho Code § 6-1803.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Idaho Volunteer Immunity, Idaho Code § 6-1601</strong> —
provides immunity from civil liability for volunteers of
non-profit and governmental organizations acting in good faith.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Idaho Risk Assumption, Idaho Code § 6-901</strong> —
codifies the common-law doctrine that a plaintiff who knowingly
and voluntarily assumes a risk of harm may not recover.
</li>
</ul>
<p>
You acknowledge that the Event may include activities protected by
these statutes and agree that any claim you bring will be evaluated
in light of these protections.
</p>
<h2>10. Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>
To the maximum extent permitted by Idaho law, in no event shall the
total aggregate liability of Shiloh LLC and the other Released
Parties arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event
exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you actually paid to Shiloh for
your ticket to the Event or (b) US $500. This limitation applies
to all causes of action in the aggregate, including but not
limited to breach of contract, tort (including negligence),
strict liability, and any other legal or equitable theory. This
limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or
excluded under Idaho law.
</p>
<h2>11. Release of Likeness</h2>
<p>
The Event is photographed and filmed. By attending, you grant
Shiloh LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual,
irrevocable license to use photographs, video, and audio in which
you (or your minor child or ward) appear for promotional,
archival, and editorial purposes, with reasonable effort to honor
written opt-out requests submitted at check-in. See our Privacy
Policy for additional information.
</p>
<h2>12. Disputes, Venue, and Jurisdiction</h2>
<p>
<strong>Forum and venue.</strong> Any dispute, claim, or
controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the
Event, including any question regarding its existence, validity,
or termination, shall be brought exclusively in the state courts
located in <strong>Boundary County, Idaho</strong>, or, if federal
jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the
District of Idaho. You hereby consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to
such venue, including any argument of inconvenient forum.
</p>
<p>
<strong>Pre-suit notice.</strong> Before filing any lawsuit, you
agree to provide Shiloh with written notice of the dispute at
<a href="mailto:hello@shilohecho.org">hello@shilohecho.org</a>
describing the claim in reasonable detail and a good-faith
opportunity of at least 30 days to resolve it.
</p>
<p>
<strong>Class-action waiver.</strong> You agree to bring any
dispute on an individual basis only and not as a class action,
consolidated action, or representative action.
</p>
<p>
<strong>Jury-trial waiver (to the extent permitted by
law).</strong> For any dispute that proceeds in a forum that
permits it, you knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a
trial by jury.
</p>
<h2>13. Force Majeure</h2>
<p>
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance
caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but
not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, wildfire, severe
weather, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, public-health
order, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strike, labor dispute,
governmental action, internet or utility failure, or supply-chain
disruption.
</p>
<h2>14. Severability & Entire Agreement</h2>
<p>
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall
be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms,
together with the Privacy Policy and any ticket-purchase
confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and
Shiloh with respect to the Event and supersede all prior or
contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or
written.
</p>
<h2>15. Changes to These Terms</h2>
<p>
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated"
date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will
be communicated by email to ticket holders at least 14 days before
they take effect. Continued attendance at the Event after a
material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
</p>
<h2>16. Governing Law</h2>
<p>
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the <strong>State of Idaho</strong>, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
</p>
<h2>17. Severability of Liability Limitations</h2>
<p>
If any liability limitation, release, or waiver in these Terms is
found unenforceable in whole or in part by a court of competent
jurisdiction, the parties intend that the remaining limitations,
releases, or waivers remain in full force and effect, and that the
unenforceable provision be reformed only to the minimum extent
necessary to make it enforceable.
