A: When packing for a 3-day retreat, consider bringing comfortable

toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner.

It's also a good idea to bring a change of clothes for each day, a

|
sleeping bag or bedding if not provided, a water bottle or hydration
|
|
pack, snacks and energy bars, and a book, journal, or other personal
|
|
items for downtime. Don't forget a phone and charger, but consider
|
|
leaving it behind or putting it on silent mode to fully disconnect.
