FAQ

Q: Where is the best place to stay?

A: We would love for you to stay on-site with us at the Boulder Creek Retreat, just buy our "Stay Ticket." If you prefer to stay off-site you can find a number of accomodations within 15-30 minutes of driving.

Q: What should I bring?

A: When packing for a 3-day retreat, consider bringing comfortable clothing and shoes for activities and relaxation, as well as toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner. It's also a good idea to bring a change of clothes for each day, a sleeping bag or bedding if not provided, a water bottle or hydration pack, snacks and energy bars, and a book, journal, or other personal items for downtime. Don't forget a phone and charger, but consider leaving it behind or putting it on silent mode to fully disconnect. Any necessary medications or personal care items should also be packed, along with a yoga mat or other equipment for specific activities. A small backpack or bag can be used to carry essentials during the day. It's also a good idea to check with the retreat organizers for specific items that may be recommended or required, such as a specific dress code or uniform, certain equipment or gear for activities, dietary restrictions or meal plans, and any specific rules or guidelines for the retreat.
